Claims6
A method comprising:
- a) contacting a sample from a subject diagnosed with prostate cancer with one or more reagents for detecting the presence of a TT allele at rs13136737 associated with the miR-302/367 gene;
- b) detecting the presence of said TT allele at rs13136737 using said reagents;
- c) identifying the subject with said TT allele at rs13136737 as having aggressive prostate cancer;
- and
- d) administering a prostate cancer treatment comprising androgen depravation therapy to said subject with said TT allele at rs13136737.
