ITO particles satisfying a relationship expressed in Expression (1) given below:
- 16×S/P2≤0.330 (1)
- wherein S indicates a particle area in nm2 for a single particle in a TEM photographed image, and P indicates a perimeter in nm of the single particle, and wherein an aligned crystal orientation is provided inside of the particles.
