A nucleic acid coding for an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to β-klotho comprising the nucleotide sequences encoding the heavy chain variable region as set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 16, 36, or 38;
- and the light chain variable region as set forth in SEQ ID Nos:
- 54, 27, 33, or 40.
