Abstract
A glass member includes a recessed portion, wherein in cross-sectional view, an angle formed between a principal surface of the glass member and an edge face of an opening of the recessed portion is 90 degrees to 130 degrees.
Claims10
A glass member comprising:
- a recessed portion,
- wherein in cross-sectional view, an angle formed between a principal surface of the glass member and an edge face of an opening of the recessed portion is greater than 90 degrees and less than or equal to 130 degrees, and
- wherein a surface roughness Rq of a bottom face of the recessed portion is smaller than a surface roughness Rq of a side face of the recessed portion.
