Abstract
A cyclic metals deactivation system unit for the production of equilibrium catalyst materials including a cracker vessel configured for cracking and stripping a catalyst material; and a regenerator vessel in fluid communication with the cracker vessel, the regenerator vessel configured for regeneration and steam deactivation of the catalyst material.
Claims8
A system comprising:
- a cracker vessel;
- a first regenerator vessel in fluid communication with the cracker vessel and configured to:
- facilitate combustion of carbonaceous material;
- receive a first catalyst material from the cracker vessel;
- and
- provide a second catalyst material to the cracker vessel;
- and
- a second regenerator vessel in fluid communication with the cracker vessel and configured to:
- facilitate combustion of carbonaceous material independent of the first regenerator vessel;
- receive a third catalyst material from the cracker vessel independent of the first regenerator vessel;
- and
- provide a fourth catalyst material to the cracker vessel independent of the first regenerator vessel.
