Claims8
A thermosensitive peptide hydrogel, comprising:
- water;
- at least a polymer of a polyether or a polyol;
- and
- a peptide molecule having a chemical structure as shown in chemical formula (1) below:
- wherein A is a molecular moiety with at least one aromatic group substituted with 0-5 identical or different halogen atoms, and the halogen atoms are independently fluorine, chlorine, bromine, or iodine atoms;
- R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C16 alkyl group;
- R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl, C7-C10 aralkyl, C2-C10 alkylthioalkyl, C7-C10 hydroxyaralkyl, C6-C10 heteroaralkyl, C2-C10 carboxyalkane, C2-C10 guanidylalkyl or C1-C10 aminoalkyl;
- B is —OH, —OR5, wherein R5 is hydrogen, alkyl, aralkyl, alkylthioalkyl, hydroxyaralkyl, heteroaralkyl, carboxyalkyl, guanidylalkyl, glycosyl, or oligonucleic acid groups;
- x is an integer from 0-10, and each R1 or R2 is identical or different;
