An isolated immune complex comprising an antigenic agent and a protein, wherein the protein comprises an IgG Fc region and is capable of binding to a Type II Fc receptor, wherein the protein is at least 70% identical to SEQ ID NO:

• 1 and has a F to A mutation (F241A mutation) at a position corresponding to F241 of SEQ ID NO:
• 1, and wherein the immune complex is formulated for administering to a subject.
