Abstract
A method of treating intestinal gastrointestinal, or bowel disorders in a subject in need thereof includes administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of 15-PGDH inhibitor alone or in combination with a corticosteroid and/or TNF alpha antagonist.

A method of treating intestinal, gastrointestinal, or bowel disorders in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject therapeutically effective amounts of a 15-PGDH inhibitor of formula:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- and a corticosteroid, dexamethasone.
