Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition is described. The composition may include a drug component and a propellant component. The drug component comprises at least one pharmaceutically acceptable salt of glycopyrrolate and at least one long acting beta-2-agonist (LABA) selected from formoterol and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. At least 90 weight % of the propellant component is 1,1-difluoroethane (HFA-152a).

A method of improving the stability of a pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- adding a propellant component consisting of one or more hydrofluorocarbon and hydrocarbon propellant compounds, where at least 90 wt % of the propellant component is 1,1-difluoroethane (HFA-152a), to the pharmaceutical composition, the pharmaceutical composition comprising a drug component comprising at least one pharmaceutically acceptable salt of glycopyrrolate,
- wherein the drug component is the sole drug component in the pharmaceutical composition.
