Server-based restricted access storage

A system for distributing a service, the system comprising:

• at least one memory having instructions stored thereon;
• and
• at least one processor configured to execute the instructions, wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• distribute a service deployment of the service to a client in a cloud environment provided by the client, the service deployment partially isolated from other portions of the cloud environment, the service deployment separate from client software executing in the cloud environment;
• access the service in the cloud environment via access credentials received from the client;
• operate the service in the cloud environment via the service deployment;
• and
• monitor the client software through the service deployment.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations for distributing a service, the operations comprising:

• distributing a service deployment of the service to a client in a cloud environment provided by the client, the service deployment partially isolated from other portions of the cloud environment, the service deployment separate from client software executing in the cloud environment;
• accessing the service in the cloud environment via access credentials received from the client;
• operating the service in the cloud environment via the service deployment;
• and
• monitoring the client software through the service deployment.
