Abstract
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating a fund transfer between user accounts are provided.
Claims20
A server device comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- at least one processor configured to:
- facilitate, in conjunction with a first credential issuing system, provisioning of a first account primary credential on a first electronic device, the first account primary credential corresponding to a first funding account at the first credential issuing system;
- receive, in conjunction with the provisioning, a first account secondary credential corresponding to the first funding account at the first credential issuing system;
- store the first account secondary credential in association with a first user account identifier corresponding to a first user of the first electronic device, and a first user communication identifier corresponding to the first user of the first electronic device;
- receive, from a second electronic device corresponding to a second user account identifier, a request to send a fund amount to the first user communication identifier using a second account primary credential provisioned on the second electronic device, wherein the request comprises a client obfuscated transfer identifier corresponding to a device identifier of the second electronic device and to the first user communication identifier;
- retrieve, using the first user communication identifier, the first user account identifier and the first account secondary credential;
- generate, based at least in part on the client obfuscated transfer identifier, the first user account identifier and the second user account identifier, a server obfuscated transfer identifier;
- determine, based at least in part on the server obfuscated transfer identifier, a fraud risk associated with the request to send the fund amount, the fraud risk being specific to the second electronic device, the first user communication identifier, the first user account identifier and the second user account identifier;
- when the determined fraud risk meets a predetermined threshold:
- provide, to a second credential issuing system corresponding to the second account primary credential, a request to transfer the fund amount, the request comprising the first account secondary credential, the second account primary credential, and an indication of the fund amount;
- receive, from the second credential issuing system, an indication of whether the transfer was completed;
- and
- store the indication of whether the transfer was completed in association with the server obfuscated transfer identifier;
- and
- when the determined fraud risk fails to meet the predetermined threshold, store the determined fraud risk in association with the server obfuscated transfer identifier.

A method comprising:
- at an administration entity system:
- facilitating, in conjunction with a first credential issuing system, provisioning of a first account primary credential on a first electronic device, the first account primary credential corresponding to a first funding account at the first credential issuing system;
- receiving, in conjunction with the provisioning, a first account secondary credential corresponding to the first funding account at the first credential issuing system;
- storing the first account secondary credential in association with a first user account identifier corresponding to a first user of the first electronic device, and a first user communication identifier corresponding to the first user of the first electronic device;
- receiving, from a second electronic device corresponding to a second user account identifier, a request to send a fund amount to the first user communication identifier using a second account primary credential provisioned on the second electronic device;
- retrieving, using the first user communication identifier, the first account secondary credential;
- providing, to a second credential issuing system corresponding to the second account primary credential, a request to transfer the fund amount, the request comprising the first account secondary credential, the second account primary credential, an indication of the fund amount, and an identifier of the first credential issuing system;
- and
- receiving, from the second credential issuing system, an indication of whether the transfer was completed.

A system comprising:
- a memory configured to store a first account secondary credential in association with a first user account identifier corresponding to a first user of a first electronic device, and to store a first user communication identifier corresponding to the first user of the first electronic device, wherein the first account secondary credential corresponds to a first funding account at a first credential issuing system;
- at least one processor configured to:
- receive, from a second electronic device corresponding to a second user account identifier, a request to send a fund amount to the first user communication identifier using a second account primary credential provisioned on the second electronic device, wherein the request comprises a client obfuscated transfer identifier and encrypted secondary account primary credential data;
- retrieve, using the first user communication identifier, the first account secondary credential;
- determine, based at least in part on the client obfuscated transfer identifier, a fraud risk associated with the request to send the fund amount, the fraud risk being specific to the second electronic device, the first user communication identifier, the first user account identifier and the second user account identifier;
- and
- when the determined fraud risk meets a predetermined threshold:
- provide, to a second credential issuing system corresponding to the second account primary credential, a request to transfer the fund amount, the request comprising the first account secondary credential associated with the first user communication identifier, the encrypted second account primary credential data, and an indication of the fund amount;
- receive, from the second credential issuing system, an indication of whether the transfer was completed;
- and
- store the indication of whether the transfer was completed in association with the client obfuscated transfer identifier.
