Provided herein are pharmaceutical formularions comprising a 1,2-HOPO chelating agent and/or 3,2-HOPO chelating agent.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a 1,2-HOPO chelating agent in an amount from about 100 to about 1500 mg;
- and
- sodium oleate,
- wherein the 1,2-HOPO chelating agent is 3,4,3-L1-1,2-HOPO.
