Grounding arrangement of energy modules

A first module configured to engage with a second module in a stacked configuration to define a modular energy system, the first module comprising:

• an enclosure;
• a grounding foot extending from the enclosure a first distance;
• and
• an insulating foot extending from the enclosure a second distance;
• wherein the second distance is greater than the first distance;
• wherein the grounding foot is configured to contact a first receiving surface disposed on the second module;
• wherein the insulating foot is configured to be received within a first receiving pocket disposed on the second module or a third module such that the insulating foot does not contact the first receiving pocket.

A first module configured to engage with a second module in a stacked configuration to define a modular energy system, the second module comprising an enclosure and a second bridge connector portion, the second bridge connector portion comprising a second electrical element, the first module comprising:

• a first bridge connector comprising:
• a first electrical element;
• and
• an outer housing extending at least partially around the first electrical element;
• and
• a metal contact attached to the outer housing, the metal contact configured to engage the enclosure of the second module during assembly before the first electrical element of the first bridge connector engages the second electrical element of the second bridge connector portion.
