A non-transitory computer-readable medium being a computer program product storing programmed instructions, wherein the programmed instructions, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform processing of:
- specifying Compton scattering events detected by a second detector disposed to be opposed to a first detector on a side distant from a generation source of radiation, the second detector being configured to detect energy information of radiation, the first detector being configured to detect Cherenkov light that is generated when the radiation passes;
- and
- determining an event corresponding to an incident channel among the specified Compton scattering events based on a detection result obtained by the first detector.
