Oven for the transport of food, installable in particular on motorcycles or the like

An oven for transport of food, installable on motorcycles, comprising:

• at least one container securable to a motorcycle and having at least one inner chamber for housing food,
• at least one heating heat exchanger associated with said at least one container and adapted to heat air in said at least one inner chamber, wherein said at least one heating heat exchanger has:
• at least one inlet duct that is connectable to a scavenging system of exhaust gases of said motorcycle,
• at least one outlet duct of said exhaust gases of said motorcycle,
• at least one dehumidifying heat exchanger associated with said at least one container and adapted to dehumidify the air in said at least one inner chamber, in which said at least one dehumidifying heat exchanger comprises at least one cooling portion adapted to be hit by an air flow external to said at least one container during transit of the motorcycle, and
• at least one dehumidification portion positioned internally to said at least one container and adapted to condense water vapor present in said at least one inner chamber.
