Abstract
A redirecting device for mm-waves includes an input section, an output section disposed at 90 degrees to the input section, and a waveguide member extending from the input section to the output section. The waveguide member is a rigid dielectric material.

A redirecting device for mm-waves, comprising:
- an input section;
- an output section disposed at 90 degrees to the input section;
- and
- a waveguide member extending from the input section to the output section, the waveguide member is a rigid dielectric material, the redirecting device is a single monolithic piece, the waveguide member comprising a support structure supporting the waveguide member, a part of the support structure expands in width as the support structure extends away from the waveguide member.

- an input section;
- an output section disposed at 90 degrees to the input section;
- a waveguide member extending from the input section to the output section, the waveguide member is a rigid dielectric material;
- and
- a support structure supporting the waveguide member, in a cross-section, any part of the support structure extending away from the waveguide member encompasses less than 10 degrees of a circumference of the waveguide member.

- a waveguide member extending from the input section to the output section, the waveguide member is a rigid dielectric material, a minimum curvature radius of the waveguide member is greater than one wavelength.
