Abstract
A flow regulating switch valve includes a valve core that includes a switch assembly configured to drive a diaphragm assembly to open or close a water outlet, and also includes a flow regulating assembly that comprises a rotating ring, a sliding block, and a magnet. A control key is configured to control the switch assembly. The rotating ring is connected to the control key and includes an inclined plane that transitions from high to low and is configured to drive the sliding block to slide up and down such that the sliding block drives the magnet to move up and down. The magnet is configured to control the diaphragm assembly to regulate a size of the water outlet.
Claims19
A flow regulating assembly, comprising:
- a sliding block;
- a rotating ring, comprising:
- a ring body;
- and
- an inclined plane on a lower surface of the ring body, the inclined plane transitioning from a high end to a low end that is axially offset from the high end, the inclined plane engaged with the sliding block such that rotation of the ring body relative to the sliding block causes axial movement of the sliding block;
- and
- a valve cap engaged with the rotating ring and configured to substantially prevent axial movement of the ring body, wherein the valve cap is disposed at least partially between the rotating ring and the sliding block.
A flow regulating assembly, comprising:
- a sliding block;
- a rotating ring, comprising:
- a ring body;
- and
- an inclined plane on a lower surface of the ring body, the inclined plane transitioning from a high end to a low end that is axially offset from the high end, the inclined plane engaged with the sliding block such that rotation of the ring body relative to the sliding block causes axial movement of the sliding block;
- and
- a valve cap engaged with the rotating ring and configured to substantially prevent axial movement of the ring body, wherein the rotating ring further comprises a mounting lug disposed on an outer surface of the ring body, the mounting lug extending radially away from the outer surface.
A valve core, comprising:
- a diaphragm assembly;
- a switch assembly configured to control a first axial position of the diaphragm assembly parallel to a central axis of the valve core;
- and
- a flow regulating assembly configured to control a second axial position of the diaphragm assembly, the flow regulating assembly comprising:
- a sliding block;
- and
- a rotating ring, comprising:
- a ring body;
- and
- an inclined plane on a lower surface of the ring body, the inclined plane transitioning from a high end to a low end that is axially offset from the high end, the inclined plane engaged with the sliding block such that rotation of the ring body relative to the sliding block causes axial movement of the sliding block.
A rotating ring, comprising:
- a ring body;
- an inclined plane on a lower surface of the ring body, the inclined plane transitioning from a high end to a low end that is axially offset from the high end;
- and
- a guide bulge disposed on the inclined plane and extending axially away from the inclined plane.
A rotating ring, comprising:
- a ring body;
- an inclined plane on a lower surface of the ring body, the inclined plane transitioning from a high end to a low end that is axially offset from the high end;
- a limiting bulge extending axially away from the inclined plane;
- and
- at least one section of saw teeth on an upper surface of the ring body opposite the lower surface.
A rotating ring, comprising:
- a ring body;
- an inclined plane on a lower surface of the ring body, the inclined plane transitioning from a high end to a low end that is axially offset from the high end;
- a limiting bulge extending axially away from the inclined plane;
- and
- a mounting lug disposed on an outer surface of the ring body, the mounting lug extending radially away from the outer surface.
