Abstract
A coated panel may include at least a substrate and a top layer with a printed motif. The top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may also include a transparent or translucent synthetic material layer, which is provided above the printed motif. The top layer and preferably at least the transparent or translucent synthetic material layer may include a foamable or foamed synthetic material.
Claims15
A coated panel comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a top layer provided on the substrate;
- wherein the top layer includes a motif printed on the substrate, and a transparent or translucent synthetic material layer provided above the printed motif;
- wherein the substrate is waterproof;
- wherein the top layer includes one or more priming layers;
- wherein the entire top layer is free from material sheets;
- wherein the top layer has a relief including recesses and projections at a surface of the coated panel;
- wherein the relief is formed in the synthetic material layer;
- wherein material of the transparent or translucent synthetic material layer remains present in the recesses of the top layer;
- and
- wherein the motif is printed on the printing layer already provided on the substrate.
