An information processing apparatus, comprising:

• a communication section configured to receive, from an information processing apparatus at a transmission point, data in which data relating to the transmission point is encoded and priority data that is extracted and unencoded from data relating to the transmission point;
• a decode section configured to decode the encoded data;
• a determination section configured to determine a reproduction time and a reproduction method of the unencoded priority data;
• a reproduction data generation section configured to generate reproduction data of the priority data on a basis of determination by the determination section;
• and
• an output section configured to output the data decoded by the decode section and the reproduction data of the priority data,
• wherein the communication section, the decode section, the determination section, the reproduction data generation section, and the output section are each implemented via at least one processor.

An information processing method, comprising:

• by an information processing apparatus at a transmission point,
• acquiring data relating to the transmission point,
• encoding the data relating to the transmission point,
• on a basis of a situation of the transmission point recognized using the data relating to the transmission point, extracting data to be preferentially transmitted as priority data from the data relating to the transmission point, and
• transmitting the encoded data and the unencoded priority data to an information processing apparatus at a reception point,
• by the information processing apparatus at the reception point
• receiving the encoded data and the unencoded priority data,
• decoding the encoded data,
• determining a reproduction time and a reproduction method of the unencoded priority data,
• generating the reproduction data of the priority data on a basis of the determination, and
• outputting the decoded data and the reproduction data of the priority data.
