Systems and methods for removing electronic activities from systems of records based on filtering policies

A system comprising:

• one or more hardware processors configured by machine-readable instructions to:
• access a plurality of customer relationship management (CRM) record objects of a first CRM system, of record, each CRM record object of the plurality of CRM record objects corresponding to a record object type and comprising one or more object fields having one or more object field values, the first CRM system corresponding to a data source provider, each CRM record object of the plurality of CRM record objects linked to corresponding electronic activities;
• maintain a shadow CRM system generated using data of the first CRM system, the shadow CRM system including a plurality of shadow record objects, each shadow record object linked to the electronic activities linked to a corresponding CRM record;
• identify a plurality of electronic activities linked to a shadow record object of the shadow CRM system or a corresponding CRM record object of the first CRM system;
• parse each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities to identify one or more electronic accounts identified in the electronic activity;
• determine that each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities is associated with an electronic account of the one or more electronic accounts corresponding to the data source provider;
• select one or more filtering policies, at least one of the one or more filtering policies associated with the electronic account to apply to the plurality of electronic activities;
• apply the selected one or more filtering policies to the plurality of electronic activities to identify a subset of electronic activities that satisfy at least one of the one or more filtering policies;
• assign, to an electronic activity of the subset of electronic activities, a tag indicating that the electronic activity is to be removed;
• initiate a process to cause removal of the at least one electronic activity of the subset of electronic activities from the first CRM system.

A system comprising:

• one or more hardware processors configured by machine-readable instructions to:
• access a plurality of record objects of one or more tenant systems of record, each record object of the plurality of record objects corresponding to a record object type and comprising one or more object fields having one or more object field values, the one or more tenant systems of record corresponding to the one or more data source providers, each of the plurality of record objects including one or more electronic activities;
• maintain a shadow system of record based on the tenant system of record;
• for a tenant system of record of a data source provider:
• identify a plurality of electronic activities stored in a record object of the tenant system of record;
• parse each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities to identify one or more electronic accounts identified in the electronic activity;
• determine responsive to parsing each electronic activity, that the electronic activity is associated with an electronic account of the one or more electronic accounts corresponding to the data source provider;
• select one or more filtering policies, at least one of the one or more filtering policies associated with the electronic account to apply to the electronic activity;
• apply the selected one or more filtering policies to the plurality of electronic activities to identify a subset of electronic activities that satisfy at least one of the one or more filtering policies;
• assign a filter tag to at least one electronic activity associated with the shadow system of record;
• and
• cause removal of the at least one electronic activity of the subset of electronic activities from the tenant system of record responsive to assigning the filter tag to the at least one electronic activity associated with the shadow system of record.
