Method for transmitting/receiving downlink channel in wireless communication system, and device therefor

A user equipment (UE) configured to receive a downlink channel in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:

• one or more transceivers;
• one or more processors;
• and
• one or more memories configured to store instructions for operations executed by the one or more processors and connected to the one or more processors,
• wherein the operations comprise:
• receiving configuration information related to a plurality of control resource sets,
• wherein an index of a control resource set group associated with each control resource set is determined based on the configuration information,
• wherein an index of a first control resource set group associated with a first control resource set is determined as 0 and an index of a second control resource set group associated with a second control resource set is determined as 1,
• wherein, based on that a control resource set is configured without the index of the control resource set group, the index of the control resource set group is determined as 0;
• receiving a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) based on the first control resource set and a second PDCCH based on the second control resource set;
• and
• receiving a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled based on the first PDCCH and a second PDSCH scheduled based on the second PDCCH,
• wherein the first PDCCH includes a first downlink control information (DCI) and the second PDCCH includes a second DCI,
• wherein, (i) based on the index of the first control resource set group being related to one or more first serving cells, (ii) based on the index of the second control resource set group being related to one or more second serving cells, and (iii) based on a feedback mode of a first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information associated with the first PDSCH and a second HARQ-ACK information associated with the second PDSCH being configured as a joint mode:
• a first HARQ-ACK codebook related to the one or more first serving cells is generated based on the first HARQ-ACK information,
• a second HARQ-ACK codebook related to the one or more second serving cells is generated based on the second HARQ-ACK information, and
• HARQ-ACK information is transmitted based on a concatenation of the first HARQ-ACK codebook and the second HARQ-ACK codebook,
• wherein the HARQ-ACK information is transmitted via a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH),
• wherein a resource of the PUCCH is determined based on a DCI with a last index, among the first DCI and the second DCI which are indexed based on (i) an index of a PDCCH monitoring occasion, (ii) a cell index, and (iii) an index of each control resource set group,
• wherein the first DCI and the second DCI are indexed in an ascending order of the cell index for a same PDCCH monitoring occasion, and then the first DCI and the second DCI are indexed in an ascending order of the index of the PDCCH monitoring occasion, and
• wherein, based on i) the same PDCCH monitoring occasion with a same cell index, ii) the index of the first control resource set group being determined as 0, and iii) the index of the second control resource set group being determined as 1, the first DCI included in the first PDCCH associated with the first control resource set is indexed earlier than the second DCI included in the second PDCCH associated with the second control resource set.

A method of transmitting, by a base station (BS), a downlink channel in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

• transmitting configuration information related to a plurality of control resource sets,
• wherein an index of a control resource set group associated with each control resource set is determined based on the configuration information,
• wherein an index of a first control resource set group associated with a first control resource set is determined as 0 and an index of a second control resource set group associated with a second control resource set is determined as 1,
• wherein, based on that a control resource set is configured without the index of the control resource set group, the index of the control resource set group is determined as 0;
• transmitting a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) based on the first control resource set and a second PDCCH based on the second control resource set;
• and
• transmitting a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled based on the first PDCCH and a second PDSCH scheduled based on the second PDCCH,
• wherein the first PDCCH includes a first downlink control information (DCI) and the second PDCCH includes a second DCI,
• wherein, (i) based on the index of the first control resource set group being related to one or more first serving cells, (ii) based on the index of the second control resource set group being related to one or more second serving cells, and (iii) based on a feedback mode of a first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information associated with the first PDSCH and a second HARQ-ACK information associated with the second PDSCH being configured as a joint mode:
• a first HARQ-ACK codebook related to the one or more first serving cells is generated based on the first HARQ-ACK information,
• a second HARQ-ACK codebook related to the one or more second serving cells is generated based on the second HARQ-ACK information, and
• HARQ-ACK information is received based on a concatenation of the first HARQ-ACK codebook and the second HARQ-ACK codebook,
• wherein the HARQ-ACK information is received via a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH),
• wherein a resource of the PUCCH is determined based on a DCI with a last index, among the first DCI and the second DCI which are indexed based on (i) an index of a PDCCH monitoring occasion, (ii) a cell index, and (iii) an index of each control resource set group,
• wherein the first DCI and the second DCI are indexed in an ascending order of the cell index for a same PDCCH monitoring occasion, and then the first DCI and the second DCI are indexed in an ascending order of the index of the PDCCH monitoring occasion, and
• wherein, based on i) the same PDCCH monitoring occasion with a same cell index, ii) the index of the first control resource set group being determined as 0, and iii) the index of the second control resource set group being determined as 1, the first DCI included in the first PDCCH associated with the first control resource set is indexed earlier than the second DCI included in the second PDCCH associated with the second control resource set.
