Signal modulation apparatus, memory storage apparatus, and signal modulation method

A memory storage apparatus, comprising:

• a connection interface unit configured to be coupled to a host system;
• a rewritable non-volatile memory module;
• a memory control circuit unit coupled to the connection interface unit and the rewritable non-volatile memory module;
• a signal modulating apparatus disposed in the connection interface unit;
• and
• an observation circuit disposed in the signal modulation apparatus,
• wherein the signal modulation apparatus is configured to generate a second signal according to a first signal and a reference clock signal, and a frequency of the first signal is different from a frequency of the second signal,
• the signal modulation apparatus is further configured to obtain an observation information via the observation circuit, and the observation information reflects a process variation of at least one electronic component in the signal modulation apparatus, and
• the signal modulation apparatus is further configured to control an offset between the first signal and the reference clock signal according to the observation information.

A signal modulation method, configured for a signal modulation apparatus, and the signal modulation method comprises:

• generating a second signal according to a first signal and a reference clock signal, wherein a frequency of the first signal is different from a frequency of the second signal;
• obtaining an observation information via an observation circuit, wherein the observation information reflects a process variation of at least one electronic component in the signal modulation apparatus;
• and
• controlling an offset between the first signal and the reference clock signal according to the observation information.
