Abstract
An electro-optical device includes a scanning line, a data line intersecting with each other, a pixel circuit which is provided corresponding to the intersection thereof, and a wire. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting element, one transistor which controls a current flowing to the light emitting element, and the other transistor of which conduction state is controlled according to a scanning signal which is supplied to the scanning line between a gate node of the one transistor and the data line. The wire is provided between the data line and the one transistor.
Claims12
An electro-optical device comprising:
- a data line supplied with a data signal;
- a capacitor that holds a potential corresponding to the data signal;
- a first transistor whose gate is electrically connected to the capacitor;
- a light-emitting element that is electrically connected to one of a source of the first transistor or a drain of the first transistor and that emits light according to the potential held in the capacitor;
- and
- a wire supplied with a constant potential, wherein
- the wire is disposed in a first layer between a second layer where the first transistor is provided and a third layer where the data line is provided, and overlaps with at least part of the data line and at least part of the first transistor in plan view,
- the wire has an opening, and
- the first transistor and the light-emitting element are electrically connected via a contact hole that is provided inside the opening in plan view.
