Abstract
Systems and methods for crowdsourcing a condition of a guarantor are disclosed herein. An example system may include a set of crowdsourcing services to communicate a crowdsourcing request to a group of information suppliers, collect the response, and process the responses to provide a reward to at least one successful information supplier. The example system may also include an interface to the set of crowdsourcing services that enables configuration of parameters, where the crowdsourcing request and the parameters are configured to obtain information related to a condition of a guarantor for the loan. An example system may include a set of publishing services that publish the crowdsourcing request.
Claims14
A crowdsourcing system for validating conditions of collateral for a loan, comprising:
- a set of processors providing a set of crowdsourcing services, wherein the processors within the set of processors are one of a server, a cloud server, a computer network, a mobile computing platform, or a stationary computing platform and wherein the set of crowdsourcing services is configured to:
- communicate a crowdsourcing request to a group of information suppliers;
- collect responses to the crowdsourcing request;
- provide a reward to at least one successful information supplier;
- a graphical user interface in communication with the set of processors, wherein the graphical user interface is configured to enable a workflow wherein a human user enters parameters that configure parameters of the crowdsourcing request based on a set of attributes of the loan and wherein the crowdsourcing request and the parameters are configured to obtain information related to a condition of a guarantor for the loan;
- a blockchain service circuit structured to interface with a distributed ledger, the blockchain service circuit comprising a first application programing interface (API) configured to record the information and the parameters of the crowdsourcing request, the responses to the crowdsourcing request, and the reward as blockchain data within a blockchain stored on the distributed ledger;
- and
- an artificial intelligence (AI) circuit comprising:
- a robotic process automation (RPA) circuit implemented by a first processor, the AI circuit configured to:
- maintain a training data set comprising feedback data of outcomes from a plurality of human interactions with the graphical user interface corresponding to successful crowdsourcing requests;
- and
- iteratively train the RPA circuit to:
- receive blockchain data via the first API;
- record and access at least one of identifying information corresponding to the loan, at least one parameter of the crowdsourcing request, at least one response to the crowdsourcing request, and at least one reward description on the blockchain;
- automatically configure and iteratively improve the crowdsourcing request based on data accessed from the blockchain via a second API;
- based on the parameters of the crowdsourcing request perform at least one of:
- set the reward, determine a set of domains to which the crowdsourcing request will be published, and configure content of the crowdsourcing request;
- and
- configure the blockchain service circuit to:
- generate one or more blocks containing data corresponding to at least one of a domain to which to publish the crowdsourcing request and the reward;
- generate one or more hash values of the one or more blocks;
- and
- link the one or more blocks to the blockchain via the one or more hash values via a third API;
- a crowdsourcing publishing circuit that publishes the crowdsourcing request to at least one information supplier;
- and
- a smart contract circuit implemented by a second processor that processes the responses from the crowdsourcing request and automatically allocates the reward to the information that satisfies a set of parameters associated with the crowdsourcing request.
A method of validating collateral conditions, comprising:
- providing a set of processors, wherein the processors within the set of processors are one of a server, a cloud server, a computer network, a mobile computing platform, or a stationary computer platform;
- further providing a graphical user interface and an artificial intelligence (AI) circuit that includes a robotic process automation (RPA) circuit implemented by a second processor in communication with the set of processors;
- performing, via the AI circuit, the operations of:
- communicating a request for information on at least one item of collateral to a crowd of information suppliers, wherein the requested information is related to a condition of a guarantor;
- collecting responses from the crowd of information suppliers, each response corresponding to one of the crowd of information suppliers;
- processing each of the responses relative to a set of parameters;
- identifying a response that satisfies the set of parameters;
- and
- allocating a reward to at least one of the crowd of information suppliers corresponding to the identified response;
- generating data on a blockchain via a blockchain service circuit comprising a first application programming interface (API), the data on the blockchain corresponding to at least one of a response to the request for information and the reward;
- maintaining a training data set comprising feedback data of outcomes from a plurality of human interactions with the graphical user interface corresponding to successful crowdsourcing requests;
- and
- iteratively training the RPA circuit via the second processor using the training data set to:
- receive the blockchain data via the first API;
- record and access at least one of at least one parameter of the request for information, at least one response to the request for information, and at least one reward description on the blockchain;
- automatically configure and iteratively improve the request for information based on data accessed from the blockchain via a second API;
- and
- based on a set of parameters of the request for information perform at least one of:
- set the reward, determine a set of domains to which the request for information will be published, and configure content of the request for information;
- and
- performing, via the blockchain service circuit, the operations of:
- generating one or more blocks containing data corresponding to at least one of a domain to which to publish the request for information and the reward;
- generating one or more hash values of the one or more blocks;
- and
- linking the one or more blocks to the blockchain via the one or more hash values via a third API;
- publishing, via a crowdsourcing publishing circuit, the request for information to at least one information supplier;
- and
- processing, via a smart contract circuit, implemented by a third processor, responses from the request for information and automatically allocating the reward to the information that satisfies a set of parameters associated with the request for information.
