Indication of content linked to text

A computing apparatus comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, configure the apparatus to:
• cause presentation of a graphical user interface (GUI) on a display screen, the GUI depicting primary content;
• cause presentation within the GUI of an indicator corresponding to a portion of the primary content, the indicator indicating availability of secondary content related to the portion of the primary content;
• detect user selection of the indicator;
• responsive to the detection of the user selection of the indicator, cause presentation within the GUI of a plurality of secondary content source identifiers that are user selectable to access selected secondary content associated with the portion of the primary content;
• cause presenting a plurality of content creator identifiers, each content creator identifier of the plurality of content creator identifiers being user selectable to filter the plurality of secondary content identifiers;
• detect user selection of a selected content creator identifier from the plurality of content creator identifiers;
• responsive to the detection of the user selection of the selected content creator identifier, filter the plurality of secondary content identifiers to generate a filtered subset of secondary content identifiers;
• detect user selection of a selected secondary content identifier, associated with selected secondary content, from the filtered subset of secondary content identifiers
• responsive to the detection of the user selection of the selected secondary content source identifier, retrieve the selected secondary content from a secondary source associated with the selected secondary content identifier;
• and
• cause presentation of the selected secondary content within the GUI.
