Compositions, such as laundry detergent compositions, that include detersive surfactant and C4-C10 alkyl branched alcohol.
Claims18
A laundry detergent composition comprising:
- a) from about 10 wt % to about 50 wt % of a detersive surfactant, wherein the detersive surfactant comprises a combination of anionic and nonionic surfactant;
- b) solvent comprising 2-ethylhexanol;
- 3,5,5-trimethyl-1-hexanol;
- 2-propylheptanol;
- or a mixture thereof;
- and
- wherein the composition has a pH of from about 6.0 to about 8.9 and is free of bleach.

A laundry detergent composition comprising:
- from about 5% to about 25% by weight of the composition of anionic surfactant;
- from about 2% to about 10% by weight of the composition of nonionic surfactant;
- from about 0.5% to about 5% by weight of the composition of a solvent comprising 2-ethylhexanol, 3,5,5-trimethyl-1-hexanol, 2-propylheptanol, or a mixture thereof;
- wherein the composition is free of bleach.
