Abstract
Antibody drug conjugates (ADC's) that bind to 158P1D7 protein and variants thereof are described herein. 158P1D7 exhibits tissue specific expression in normal adult tissue, and is aberrantly expressed in glioblastoma, lung cancer, bladder cancer, and breast cancer. Consequently, the ADC's of the invention provide a therapeutic composition for the treatment of cancer.
Claims23
An anti-158P1D7 antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof, wherein the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof comprises a heavy chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence at least 80% homologous to the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:7 and a light chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence at least 80% homologous to the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:8,
- wherein the heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR-H1), CDR-H2, and CDR-H3 of the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof are identical to the amino acid sequences of the respective CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3 in the heavy chain variable region sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 7 and the light chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR-L1), CDR-L2, and CDR-L3 of the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof are identical to the amino acid sequence of the respective CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3 in the light chain variable region sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 8, and
- wherein the CDR-H1, CDR-H2, CDR-H3, CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3 are determined by Kabat numbering scheme.
