- (i) a light chain variable region (VL) comprising domains therein having amino acid sequences with 100% identity to those of each of SEQ ID NO:
- 1, SEQ ID NO:
- 2, and SEQ ID NO:
- 3;
- and (ii) a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising domains therein having amino acid sequences with 100% identity to those of each of SEQ ID NO:
- 4, SEQ ID NO:
- 5, and SEQ ID NO:
- 6.
A method of providing cancer immunotherapy to an individual in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the individual a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising:
- (i) a light chain variable region (VL) having an amino acid sequence with at least 85% identity to that of SEQ ID NO:
- 7, and domains therein having amino acid sequences with 100% identity to those of each of SEQ ID NO:
- 1, SEQ ID NO:
- 2, and SEQ ID NO:
- 3;
- and (ii) a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising an amino acid sequence with at least 85% identity to that of SEQ ID NO:
- 8, and domains therein having amino acid sequences with 100% identity to those of each of SEQ ID NO:
