An anti-human Seizure Related 6 Homolog Like 2 (anti-hSEZ6L2) antibody, or antigen binding portion thereof, wherein the antibody, or antigen binding portion thereof, comprises:
- a heavy chain variable region comprising a CDR3 domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 35, a CDR2 domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 34, and a CDR1 domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 33, and a light chain variable region comprising a CDR3 domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 39, a CDR2 domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
