A compound of formula (I)
- in which
- R2 is H, OH, F, Cl, Br, I, (CH2)n-CH3, with n=2, 4 or 6, a glucopyranose or a glucofuranose;
- R3 is H, OH, CH2OH or a glucofuranose;
- R4 is H, OH, CH3, CH2OH, a glucofuranose, a phenyl group, a naphthyl group, a phenyl group substituted by one halide X, or a naphthyl group substituted by one halide X, wherein X is F, Cl, Br or I;
- and
- RX1 is H or an amino acid chosen among tryptophan, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, arginine or histidine.
