Abstract
Novel selective estrogen receptor degraders (SERDs) according to the formula: pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, wherein either R1 or R2 is independently selected from Cl, F, —CF3, or —CH3, and the other is hydrogen, and methods for their use are provided.
Claims20
A method of treating cancer comprising administering a compound of formulas I, II, or III:
- wherein either R1 or R2 is independently selected from Cl, F, —CF3, or —CH3, and the other is hydrogen
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a second therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of SERMs, aromatase inhibitors, CDK4 inhibitors, CDK6 inhibitors, PI3K inhibitors, mTOR inhibitors and PI3K/mTOR inhibitor.
A method of treating cancer comprising administering a compound of formulas I, II, or III:
- of Formula I is:
- the compound of Formula II is
- and
- the compound of Formula III is
- or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a second therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of SERMs, aromatase inhibitors, CDK4 inhibitors, CDK6 inhibitors, PI3K inhibitors, mTOR inhibitors and PI3K/mTOR inhibitor.
