Abstract
Disclosed are a diazaindole derivative as shown in formula I and the use thereof in the preparation of a drug for treating Chk1-related diseases.

A compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein,
- T1 is selected from CH and N;
- L is selected from a single bond and —CH2—;
- m is selected from 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4;
- each of n and q is independently selected from 1 and 2;
- R1 is selected from H, F, Cl, Br and I;
- R2 is selected from H, D, F, Cl, Br and I;
- R3 is selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, CN and C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 Ra;
- each of R4 is independently selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, C1-3 alkyl and C1-3 alkoxy, and the C1-3 alkyl and C1-3 alkoxy are optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 Rb;
- R5 is selected from H and C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 Rc;
- each of Ra, Rb and Rc is independently selected from H, D, F, Cl, Br and I.
