A compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, or hydrate thereof, that is:

• wherein:
• R4 is each independently hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
• wherein a substituted group is substituted with one or more groups independently selected from alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl, —OH, alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio, arylthio, alkylsulfoxide, arylsulfoxide, alkylsulfone, arylsulfone, —CN, alkyne, C1-C6alkylalkyne, halo, acyl, acyloxy, —CO2H, —CO2-alkyl, nitro, haloalkyl, fluoroalkyl, fluoroalkoxy, and amino;
• wherein the compound is not (E)-2-methoxy-4-((8-methylnon-6-enamido)methyl)phenyl 2-((methylamino)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, or hydrate thereof.
