A novel maize variety designated X08P347 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are produced by crossing inbred maize varieties. Methods for producing a maize plant by crossing hybrid maize variety X08P347 with another maize plant are disclosed. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into X08P347 through backcrossing or genetic transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby are described. Maize variety X08P347, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of maize variety X08P347 are provided. Methods for producing maize varieties derived from maize variety X08P347 and methods of using maize variety X08P347 are disclosed.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X08P347, representative seed produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH1V69 with a second plant of variety PH4CTK, wherein representative seed of the varieties PH1V69 and PH4CTK have been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-122439 and NCMA Accession Number 202205187, respectively.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X08P347 further comprising a single locus conversion, wherein a plant grown from the seed comprises a trait conferred by the single locus conversion, and wherein the seed is produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH1V69 with a second plant of variety PH4CTK, wherein the first plant, the second plant or both further comprise the single locus conversion, and wherein representative seed of the varieties PH1V69 and PH4CTK have been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-122439 and NCMA Accession Number 202205187, respectively.
A method for producing a hybrid maize variety X08P347 seed further comprising a locus conversion, the method comprising crossing a first plant of variety PH1V69 with a second plant of variety PH4CTK, representative seed of the varieties PH1V69 and PH4CTK having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-122439 and NCMA Accession Number 202205187, respectively, wherein at least one of the varieties PH1V69 and PH4CTK further comprises the locus conversion.
