Abstract
The lens of the present invention includes an indole-based compound represented by General Formula (1), and a polycarbonate resin having a weight average molecular weight of 40,000 to 60,000, wherein the content of the indole-based compound is 0.01 to 0.8 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polycarbonate resin,
Claims15
A lens comprising:
- an indole-based compound represented by General Formula (1), and
- a polycarbonate resin having a weight average molecular weight of 40,000 to 60,000,
- wherein the content of the indole-based compound is 0.01 to 0.1 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polycarbonate resin,
- wherein in the formula, R1 represents an alkyl group or an aralkyl group which optionally be branched, R2 represents —CN or —COOR3, wherein R3 represents an alkyl group or aralkyl group which optionally have a substituent, and
- wherein the polycarbonate resin is a bisphenol A polycarbonate.
