Abstract
The invention provides recombinant DNA molecules useful for providing efficient expression of proteins in transgenic plants, as well as compositions and methods for using the recombinant DNA molecules. In particular embodiments, the invention provides recombinant DNA molecules and constructs comprising sequences encoding transit peptides and operably linked sequences conferring herbicide tolerance.
Claims23
A recombinant DNA molecule comprising a DNA sequence encoding a transit peptide operably linked to a DNA sequence encoding a heterologous protoporphyrinogen oxidase, wherein the transit peptide comprises an amino acid sequence comprising at least 97 percent identity to the sequence of SEQ ID NO:241.
A recombinant DNA molecule comprising a DNA sequence encoding a transit peptide operably linked to a DNA sequence encoding a heterologous protoporphyrinogen oxidase, wherein the transit peptide comprises an amino acid sequence comprising at least 95 percent identity to the sequence of SEQ ID NO:241.
