The present disclosure relates to Betulastatin compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising such compounds, and methods for using such compounds or pharmaceutical compositions.

A compound of formula (I)
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
- R1 and R2 are independently selected from OH, O—P(═O)OR′OR″, O-Protecting Group, R4 and R6-R4, wherein R′ and R″ are independently selected from the group consisting of lithium (Li+), sodium (Na+), potassium (K+), hydrogen (H), morpholine, quinine, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (TRIS), serine, and nitroarginine;
- R3 is H, R4 or R6-R4;
- R4 is
- R5 is H or (C1-C6)alkyl;
- and
- R6 is (C1-C6)alkyl;
- provided that one of R1, R2, and R3 is R4.
