Abstract
Provided is a method for producing a cyclic polysilane compound from a silane monomer compound in one-pot approach. The method for producing a cyclic polysilane compound according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first step of adding and reacting a silane monomer compound in a liquid mixture of a sodium dispersion and a solvent; and a second step of adding an aromatic hydrocarbon to a reaction solution of the first step and heating and refluxing.
Claims7
A method for producing a cyclic polysilane compound comprising:
- a first step of adding and reacting a silane monomer compound represented by Formula (I) in a liquid mixture of a sodium dispersion and an ether-based solvent;
- and a second step of adding an aromatic hydrocarbon to a reaction solution of the first step and heating and refluxing, wherein the aromatic hydrocarbon is selected from naphthalene and anthracene:
- where, R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, an alkoxy group, or a halogen atom, X1 and X2 each independently represent a halogen atom or an alkoxy group, and n1 is an integer that is greater than or equal to 1.
