• Ring A is selected from
• Z is selected from hydrogen, halogen, N—(C1-4 alkyl)amino, N,N—(C1-4 alkyl)2amino, 4-10 membered saturated or unsaturated carbocyclyl, or 4-10 membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclyl, which can be optionally mono- or independently multi-substituted by R2,
• Y is —W—V, wherein W is O, S, —NH—, C1-4 alkylene, C1-4 alkylene-NH—, V is C1-4 alkoxyl, C1-4 alkyl-OH, amino, N—(C1-4-alkyl)amino, N,N—(C1-4 alkyl)2amino, C1-4 alkanoylamino, 5-6 membered saturated or unsaturated carbocyclyl, or 5-6 membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclyl, which can be optionally mono- or independently multi-substituted by R3,
• each R1 is independently selected from halogen, hydroxyl, cyano, amino, carbamoyl, urea, carbamate, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkoxyl, C1-4 haloalkoxyl, C1-4 alkyl-OH, N—(C1-4 alkyl)amino, N,N—(C1-4 alkyl)2amino, N—(C1-4 alkyl)carbamoyl, N,N—(C1-4 alkyl)2carbamoyl, C1-4 alkanoylamino, or a 3-6 membered saturated carbocyclyl or heterocyclyl,
• each R2 is independently selected from halogen, hydroxyl, amino, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkoxyl, C1-4 haloalkoxyl, C1-4 alkyl-OH, N—(C1-4 alkyl)amino, N,N—(C1-4 alkyl)2amino, C1-4 alkanoylamino,
• each R3 is independently selected from halogen, hydroxyl, cyano, amino, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkoxyl, C1-4 haloalkoxyl, C1-4 alkyl-OH, N—(C1-4 alkyl)amino, N,N—(C1-4 alkyl)2amino, C1-4 alkanoylamino,
• m is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4.
