Abstract
Provided herein are methods of using 2-(2,6-dioxopiperidin-3-yl)-4-((2-fluoro-4-((3-morpholinoazetidin-1-yl)methyl)benzyl)amino)isoindoline-1,3-dione, or an enantiomer, a mixture of enantiomers, a tautomer, an isotopolog, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, alone or in combination with obinutuzumab, for treating, preventing or managing chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma.

A method of treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), comprising administering to a subject having CLL/SLL a therapeutically effective amount of Compound 3 of the formula:
- or an enantiomer, mixture of enantiomers, tautomer, isotopolog, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), comprising administering to a subject having CLL/SLL a therapeutically effective amount of Compound 1 of the formula:
- or a tautomer, isotopolog, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), comprising administering to a subject having CLL/SLL a therapeutically effective amount of Compound 2 of the formula:
- or a tautomer, isotopolog, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
