Medical application of pyrimidine sulfonamides derivatives

A method for treating or preventing a high altitude disease with a medicinal composition, comprising:

• administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound in conformity with a general formula I and an isomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
• wherein
• R1 is selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, OH or NH2;
• R2 is selected from H or C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 X;
• R3 is selected from H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 heteroalkyl, -C1-3 alkyl-C3-6 cycloalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl and —C1-3 alkyl-3- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl, and the C1-6 alkyl, the C1-6 heteroalkyl, the -C1-3 alkyl-C3-6 cycloalkyl, the C3-6 cycloalkyl or the -C1-3 alkyl-3- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 X;
• or, R2 and R3 are connected to form a 3- to 8-membered ring optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 X;
• a ring B is selected from 3- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl or 5-6-membered heteroaryl, and the 3- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl or the 5-6-membered heteroaryl is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 X;
• X is respectively and independently selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, OH, NH2, CN, C1-6 alkyl or C1-6 heteroalkyl, and the C1-6 alkyl or the C1-6 heteroalkyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 X′;
• X′ is respectively and independently selected from F, Cl, Br, I, OH, NH2, CN, Me, CH2F, CHF2, CF3 and Et;
• and
• the C1-6 heteroalkyl, the 3- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl and the 5-6-membered heteroaryl each comprise 1, 2, 3 or 4 heteroatoms or heteroatom groups independently selected from N, —O—, —S—, —NH—, —S(═O)2- or —S(═O)—.
