Abstract
The present description relates to 1-piperidinepropionic acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or pharmaceutical compositions comprising it, for use in the treatment of chronic fibrosing diseases.
Claims7
A method for treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising 1-piperidinepropionic acid or a salt thereof at a concentration of between 0.01 mg and 10 mg per unit dose and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein said administering is parenteral, oral, nasal, aerosol, sublingual or systemic administration.
