Claims10
A compound that covalently attaches to an HPV E6 protein within an alpha helix binding pocket in the HPV E6 protein, thereby preventing binding of another protein in said binding pocket, wherein said compound has the structure of:
- wherein
- X2 is N, S or C;
- R10 is H, CH3, CF3, OCH3, OCF3, CN or halo;
- R11 is H or OCH3;
- R42 and R48 together with the atoms to which they are bound form a 10 membered heteroaryl;
- and
- R31 is selected from the group consisting of —CR51═CH2, —CH═CHCH2N(CH3)2 and —CH═CHCH3, wherein R51 is H or F.
