Abstract

The present invention relates to treatment of neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and Alzheimer's disease, using an estrogen receptor beta (ERβ) ligand.

Dependent claims

A method of slowing cerebral cortex gray matter atrophy and ameliorating symptoms of multiple sclerosis in a subject suffering from multiple sclerosis, comprising administering to the subject an estrogen receptor beta ligand.
