Abstract
Provided is a photosensitive composition including: a polymer (P) which includes a structural unit derived from a vinylbenzene derivative, a structural unit including a radical polymerizable group, and a structural unit including at least one kind of functional group selected from the group consisting of a primary hydroxyl group and an amino group, and in which the content of the structural unit derived from the vinylbenzene derivative is equal to or greater than 30% by mol; and a radical polymerization initiator.
Claims26
A photosensitive composition comprising:
- a polymer (P) which includes a structural unit derived from a vinylbenzene derivative, a structural unit including a radical polymerizable group, a structural unit including an acid group, and a structural unit including at least one kind of functional group selected from the group consisting of a primary hydroxyl group and an amino group, and in which an amount of the structural unit derived from the vinylbenzene derivative is equal to or greater than 30% by mol with respect to a total amount of all of the structural units included in the polymer (P);
- and
- a radical polymerization initiator,
- wherein the structural unit including an acid group is represented by Formula (4):
- wherein R5 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.
