Abstract
An information processing system includes a reading device configured to perform reading processing for reading an original, and one or more controllers configured to function as an acquisition unit that acquires a number of processing operations per unit time period of the reading processing, and an acquisition unit that acquires operation rate information about the reading device based on the number of processing operations per unit time period of the reading processing and a predetermined number of processing operations of the reading processing.

An information processing system comprising:
- a reading device configured to perform reading processing for reading an original;
- and
- one or more controllers configured to function as:
- an acquisition unit that acquires a number of processing operations per unit time period of the reading processing;
- and
- an acquisition unit that acquires operation rate information about the reading device based on the number of processing operations per unit time period of the reading processing and a predetermined number of processing operations of the reading processing.
An information processing apparatus comprising:
- one or more controllers configured to function as:
- an acquisition unit that acquires, from an image processing apparatus, a number of processing operations per unit time period of reading processing for an original performed by a reading device of the image processing apparatus;
- and
- an acquisition unit that acquires operation rate information about the reading device based on the number of processing operations per unit time period of the reading processing and a predetermined number of processing operations of the reading processing.
An information processing system comprising:
- an image forming device configured to form an image on a sheet, the image forming device being able to perform a predetermined number of image forming processing operations per unit time;
- and
- one or more controllers configured to function as:
- an acquisition unit that acquires a status history of the image forming device;
- an acquisition unit that acquires a number of processing operations performed in a specific time period by the image forming processing;
- an acquisition unit that acquires effective time period information in the specific time period based on the status history;
- and
- an acquisition unit that acquires an effective operation rate of the image forming device based on the number of processing operations performed in the specific time period by the image forming processing, the predetermined number, and the effective time period information.
An information processing system comprising:
- an image forming device configured to form an image on a sheet, the image forming device being able to perform first image forming processing and second image forming processing which differ in a number of processing operations able to be performed per unit time;
- and
- one or more controllers configured to function as:
- an acquisition unit that acquires a number of processing operations of the first image forming processing and a number of processing operations of the second image forming processing;
- and
- an acquisition unit that acquires a first operation rate based on a number of processing operations performed in a specific time period of the first image forming processing and a predetermined number of processing operations of the first image forming processing and acquires a second operation rate based on a number of processing operations performed in the specific time period of the second image forming processing and a predetermined number of processing operations of the second image forming processing.
