Method and apparatus for real-time monitoring and field adjustment

A system, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:
• obtaining uplink information associated with a downlink path, wherein the uplink information includes operational parameters for transmitting wireless signals on a plurality of uplink paths;
• performing, based on the uplink information, a plurality of measurements of the plurality of uplink paths received from a plurality of remote radio units;
• identifying a measurement from the plurality of measurements that is below a threshold, thereby indicating an affected uplink path of the plurality of uplink paths;
• initiating a first filtering of the affected uplink path based on the identifying and based upon one or more parameters;
• and
• receiving an instruction comprising one or more updated parameters, wherein the instruction is received by the system at a port of the system, wherein the port is in data communication with the processor.

A non-transitory, machine-readable storage medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processor of a system, facilitate performance of operations comprising:

• performing, based on uplink information, a plurality of measurements of a plurality of uplink paths, wherein the uplink information is associated with a plurality of communication devices to facilitate transmission of wireless signals on the plurality of uplink paths;
• identifying an affected uplink path of the plurality of uplink paths from a measurement from the plurality of measurements that fails to meet a threshold;
• responsive to the identifying, initiating a first filtering of the affected uplink path, wherein the first filtering is based upon one or more first filtering parameters;
• and
• receiving an instruction comprising one or more updated filtering parameters, wherein the instruction is received by the system at a port of the system.
