Broadband architectures for radio frequency front-ends

A method of operating a front-end system of a mobile device, the method comprising:

• selectively operating a first transmit circuit of a first broadband radio frequency module in a first frequency band or a second frequency band;
• selectively operating a first receive circuit of the first broadband radio frequency module in the first frequency band or the second frequency band;
• selectively operating a second receive circuit of the first broadband radio frequency module in the first frequency band or the second frequency band;
• selectively operating a second transmit circuit of a second broadband radio frequency module in the first frequency band or the second frequency band;
• selectively operating a third receive circuit of the second broadband radio frequency module in the first frequency band or the second frequency band;
• and
• selectively operating a fourth receive circuit of the second broadband radio frequency module in the first frequency band or the second frequency band.
