Abstract
The present disclosure concerns a device including a first switch, a diode, and a passive resistive element electrically in series between conduction and control terminals of the first switch, a terminal of the diode located on the side of the first switch being coupled to a node of application of a potential variable with respect to the potential of said conduction terminal.

A driver circuit comprising a first switch formed of a field-effect transistor, a diode, and a first passive resistive element electrically coupled in series between a drain and a gate of the first switch, said drain and an anode of the diode being connected to a terminal of application of a first potential of a power supply voltage referenced to a second potential, and a cathode of the diode being coupled, by a capacitive element, to a node of application of a variable potential with respect to said first potential and greater than said second potential, said node being an input of said driver circuit and said variable potential corresponding to a control signal to be provided at an output of said driver circuit.
