Abstract
A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a flexible substrate capable of being bent in a first direction and an insulating layer including a first opening pattern positioned on the flexible substrate and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction.

A display device, comprising:
- a flexible substrate having a display area and a non-display area comprising a bending portion on the flexible substrate;
- a first insulating layer on the flexible substrate and comprising an inorganic material;
- a semiconductor layer on the first insulating layer;
- a second insulating layer on the semiconductor layer and comprising an inorganic material;
- a first conductive layer on the second insulating layer;
- a third insulating layer covering the first conductive layer and comprising an inorganic material;
- a second conductive layer on the third insulating layer;
- and
- a fourth insulating layer comprising an organic material,
- wherein the third insulating layer has a first opening, and
- at least a portion of the first opening overlaps the bending portion.
